The analog sticks aren't mapped correctly by default in Knulli. They are set up to act as d-pads, which might work okay for some games, but are terrible for others. For a beginner like myself it took a while to figure out how to set up retroarch correctly. What I use for Gran Turismo 2 is the following: Under input, analog sensitivity to 0.3 and deadzone to 0.2. Under port 1 controls device type to analog (also possible is dualshock if you want rumble) and set analog to digital type to none. I haven't figured out how to save the deadzone and sensitivity so that it doesn't start with the default one. For the other settings it seems you can setup a remap file per game. I'm sure there it's possible to set it up per system, but I haven't gotten to it and I'm only interested in a few analog stick games anyway.

No headphone jack on a gaming device is horrendous. Wireless headphone latency is awful for gaming

Hi, thanks for writing up this guide, greatly appreciated. I am very new with retro gaming, and RG35XX Plus H is my first handheld, got it just last month. I am now experimenting with trying custom FW, and am following your guide as my first attempt doing this kind of things. I have flashed a new modded stock OS using Rufus to a new SD Card and I put in the flashed SD Card to the RG35XX Plus H. However, it is now stuck on the "Welcome" screen - been like that for over an hour now. I'm afraid to take the SD Card out and replace with the old one, fearing I will brick it. My question: How long is the initial loading time (i.e. on fresh install, how long does the device will "stuck" on the welcome screen)? Is it safe to unload the SD Card, and load up the old SD card? If you or anyone has ever encountered the same problem, would appreciate your inputs.

I was looking for a device to "replace" my RG280V and really wanted to like this new one. Initially, I appreciated its pocketable size (contrary to some UA-cam reviews) and its good screen (though I'm uncertain how it will perform in bright sunlight). However, the dpad and buttons are disappointingly stiff and almost unplayable. This is my third Anbernic device, following the RG505 and RG280V, and I can't recommend it. I'll stick with the RG280V for short gaming sessions, while the RG505 will continue to be my primary retro gaming device.

I need to replace the silicone membrane on the button pad, anyone have any suggestions on where I can purchase one?

I'm going to London, Canada for an event called Tennocon this year. It's the first time I've ever left the US and I've been stumped for the last month trying to decide which handheld(s) to bring, so I'm watching all of your travel videos to give myself some inspiration for what to bring and play for a long trip. This trip has definitely made me realize that I have way too many handhelds for someone who never travels. Between a Steam Deck, ROG Ally, Odin Lite, Miyoo Mini+, Funkey S, Switch, Razer Kishi, 3DS and Vita I all barely touch.
